I bought this theme thinking it would be fairly straightfoward to install, but it has been anything but. I am attempting this on a Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 install. UltraUXThemePatcher doesn’t seem to change anything, as the themes do not apply. The copy of StartAllBack you refer to in your instructions will not download due to failing the virus scan. Nearly everything else in the pack can be found for free and will work better in other Windows 7 UI projects such as Revert8Plus, SwordQueen Windows 7 Pack, Reloaded 7, and so on.
